My Own Parking!
How cool is it to have your own parking spot… I am guessing it’s pretty damn expensive! Thanks to a gift from my cousin Sue from down under, I can now have my own parking space… well, sorta!
Experimenting with texture
Well, I guess it will work as a self-portraits considering I hardly post picture of myself… now that you have seen my face, I will have to kill you ;D
It’s all ’bout the packaging!
Yes, packaging 101! Packaging is so important these days and in Brunei people still doesn’t give enough appreciation and thoughts about it. I am no expert in package design but know better what’s good and what’s not!
Thanks to RL, who got me this fabulous structural packaging book from her trip to Taiwan earlier this year. It has got so many wonderful design and idea but too bad I can’t really use them in Brunei. *Sigh* Well, maybe when I do my own stuff, it will come in handy!
Shot this as a photography experiment. Playing with 2 light sources.
“Shenzhen” (my impression)
Well, the title says it all, my impression on Shenzhen is what this is about.
I haven’t been there myself, would I wanna go there, I’ll think twice or maybe three times that’s for sure… I had the pleasure (hmm… *haha*) of booking a hotel for JT via one of those online hotel resources site and encounter a lot of frustration to begin with. There are either not working properly or had an error return. My email did not get reply (even though I put ATTN: VERY VERY VERY URGENT, PLEASE REPLY!!) duh!! maybe not for them. ;(
Anyhooo… managed to get one decent (affordable & safe enough) hotel, booked it and thought, mission accomplished! Well, sorta… until JT was in Shenzhen. It turns out the taxi driver doesn’t know how to get to that hotel (confused with the address). Upon checking with a 5-stars hotel (because they understand english there) JT was told they never heard of such a place. WTF! seriously…
Luckily, a friend was travelling there with his family and JT was able to just crash at their place. Other than the bad hotel experience, the people are kinda scary too. I will leave that part out for another time!
Well, to round this off, here are a couple shots of JT enjoying her time in Shenzhen.
