This is by far the heaviest post because I can’t decide which pictures to leave out. I’ve try to include at least one shot of everyone. Jayden has more coverage shot of the day over at his blog. It has been a good year, if not a great 2008. 2009 is creeping in every so close. Wishing everyone a safe and wonderful new year!

More than just Education…

School is much more than just education. It’s also a place where new friendship are made or break, possibly the development of a romantic chemistry, great ideas being shared and many others more…

With the shooting of “Chloe”, I have the chance of stepping back into a school. Although CCMS is not the school I graduated from, it does bring back a lot of good n bad memories (brunei schools are not that far off).

Shahbandar : A great place to shoot

Bukit Shahbandar (bukit means hill in English) is part of Brunei’s reserve rain forest. Bukit Shahbandar or simply Shahbandar to most Bruneians is a popular place for hikes. Other than hiking/walking, it is a great place to bring the children for some outdoor activities. I have recently discovered that it is also a fantastic place to shoot. (am I like the last person to know about this! Duh!)

Thanks to Joyce who sorta organized this (photoshoot), I have fun working, or rather shooting a bunch of children. I am quite pleased with the results, considering it’s only a kit lens (18-55mm) with my D40x. Hope you like it too!

I don’t know anyone who actually want to have their wedding picture taken there, but why not?! At least it’s different. Photographers out there, yeah, you heard me, shoot your next clients’ wedding there (say I recommend it.. LOL)

“Chloe” : behind-the-scene

Before the camera starts rolling and the director says Action!, there are a lot of preparation works involved. One of them is the work of a make-up artist. Here are some of the behind-the-scene make-up sessions of Chloe’s third shoot.
