Yay, I finally won something…

I never win anything.. especially when it comes to competition! Sometimes I wonder if I am really not good enough or there are some “issues” involved.

I’ve entered this year “Life is Great” Photo competition organized by Great Eastern Life Insurance with little hope of winning. Encouraged by JT to try, I decided to join just for fun. Browsing through my photo archives, I knew exactly what to submit. It’s one of the photo from my Shahbandar Photo Shoot. (Might post more photos from the SB shoot in a latter post)

The “Consolation Prize” shot!

When the winner’s lists was published in the newspaper, and there it was… my name! I didn’t win the “BIG” prize but I am quite contented with the “Consolation Prize”. $30 bucks and a 100th anniversary Great Eastern umbrella as a reward, ha… I’ll take it! ;p
