Comic Relieve : {Super Wugui} vs. The Baddie

Wanted to go for a photo shoot during the long weekend but the weather wasn’t exactly outdoor friendly. Instead I stayed at home and make this in the end. Not exactly an ideal way to spend the weekend but oh-wat-the-heck!

I am really starting to get the hang of this… making movie posters! Haha… it’s not a blockbuster poster but I am quite happy with the result of this one.

I didn’t know there was a movie with the same title. The movie is so bad I am sure none of you have ever heard of it. Haa…

My fav. shot of the day!

Ryan and Amy are two good friends of mine. They are really easy to work with and shooting them was fun… will be better if my 50 can AF on my camera. Frankly I do not get it why Nikon can’t make it AF where as even the cheapest Canon can do that! Dang!!

If you can’t tell where this is, it’s OGDC, Seria. I have some other shot of OGDC I might post in the future…

Shahbandar : A great place to shoot

Bukit Shahbandar (bukit means hill in English) is part of Brunei’s reserve rain forest. Bukit Shahbandar or simply Shahbandar to most Bruneians is a popular place for hikes. Other than hiking/walking, it is a great place to bring the children for some outdoor activities. I have recently discovered that it is also a fantastic place to shoot. (am I like the last person to know about this! Duh!)

Thanks to Joyce who sorta organized this (photoshoot), I have fun working, or rather shooting a bunch of children. I am quite pleased with the results, considering it’s only a kit lens (18-55mm) with my D40x. Hope you like it too!

I don’t know anyone who actually want to have their wedding picture taken there, but why not?! At least it’s different. Photographers out there, yeah, you heard me, shoot your next clients’ wedding there (say I recommend it.. LOL)

It is always easier to shoot people when they are unaware of your presence. Most of the time, you’ll end up getting really nice “natural” poses and smiles. On the set of the 3rd Chloe’s shoot, I managed to snap a few nice one and would like to share them with you…
